🧪 Our Research Journey — From KASHTAKSH JOB ACADEMY to KJA Career Matrix
This platform started out as a simple free job-posting website. Over time, it gradually grew into a research initiative to help job seekers find employment more effectively — 1 million+ job seekers joined our LinkedIn platform, and today lakhs of candidates visit the website and apply for jobs. It began with a premium version, but after seeing the real struggles of unemployed candidates, the founder committed to keeping the platform free forever. Built primarily as a research project, it has already helped many candidates secure free placements.
Its second version — KJA Career Matrix — has now been launched, developed as an M.Tech (CSE) Final Year Thesis Research Project by Mr. Shubham Singh Lodhi, titled "An Integrated AI-Driven Voice-Interactive Ecosystem for Automated Career Assessment."

🔹 About This Research Project
KJA Career Matrix is an M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) Final Year Thesis Research Project, independently conceptualized, designed, and developed by Mr. Shubham Singh Lodhi. The thesis, titled "An Integrated AI-Driven Voice-Interactive Ecosystem for Automated Career Assessment," studies how AI-driven tools — resume screening, automated interview simulation, adaptive skill coaching, and large-scale mock assessments — can be combined into a single accessible system to support career readiness among students, particularly those from Hindi-medium and economically weaker backgrounds.
The research builds on the founder's earlier work with KASHTAKSH JOB ACADEMY, which began as a simple free job-posting effort. Observing the real challenges faced by underprivileged and non-English-medium job seekers, the research was extended into KJA Career Matrix — a working prototype that applies AI-interactivity concepts to real career-preparation use cases, kept free of cost as part of its core research philosophy.
