Job Description

Work with Amazon Search services to improve customer search experiences via data annotation. The focus is on high-quality, scalable labeling solutions to support machine learning models for search improvement, ranking, computer vision, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate data annotation across various workflows.
• Meet business metrics like SLA, production, and quality targets.
• Maintain daily records through workflow tools.
• Follow SOPs, ensure quality, and raise issues that may affect operations.
• Analyze data, recognize patterns, and suggest improvements.
• Handle sensitive content (e.g., adult content, weapons).
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis when needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel
