Job description :
The purpose of this role is to provide effective technical process support and proactively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling all incoming client assistance requests via phone and/or email in a courteous manner
Document all relevant end-user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of the issue or problem
Update custom availability in RAVE to ensure process productivity
Record, track, and document all inquiries received, troubleshooting steps taken, and overall successful and unsuccessful resolutions
Follow standard processes and procedures when dealing with all client inquiries
Solve client queries according to the SLAs defined in the contract
Access and maintain internal knowledge bases, resources and FAQs to help clients solve problems effectively
Identify and learn appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and problem resolution
Document and analyze call logs to uncover the most frequently occurring trends to prevent future problems
Maintain and update customer self-help documents to speed resolution time
Identify red flags and escalate critical client issues to the leadership team in cases of early resolution
