Job description:

SBI Card is looking for Associate in Chennai.

Job title: associate

Type of employment: Full time

Job Location: Chennai

Experience: Fresher – 1 year

Roles and Responsibilities:

Require work on fraud prevention process with flexible shift timing (24*7) based on business requirements and following team schedule 

The candidate should be a team player and flexible to adapt and contribute as per the company's requirements. 

Evaluate the KYC/Income document request and applicant profile to identify and detect any suspected fraud based on standard operating procedure and due diligence.

Make telephone contact with the customer (if required) to verify the information provided in the application form and supporting documents.

Adherence to fraud control policies, processes and standard operating procedures and customer contact policies. The candidate will also be required to adhere to the organization's code of ethics and disciplinary guidelines.

Adherence to assigned SLA, TAT & Audit Metrics.

Strive to increase fraud detection rates and highlight fraud trends as management discovers them.

Education and Skills:

Should be a graduate with good command of written and spoken English. 

Knowledge of working on a PC (Word / XL / Power Point). 

Learns new systems/technologies quickly. 

Credit card industry experience and KYC/fraud prevention knowledge

techniques will be an added advantage.
