Job description :

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to listen and understand information and share it with all key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and any concerns. Must be able to work with teams to complete tasks within defined time frames while maintaining high quality standards and superior service levels. An advantage is the ability to act proactively and the willingness to take responsibility beyond the scope of the assigned work area.

Position: Analyst

Type of employment: Full time

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Fresher – 1 year

Roles and Responsibilities:

Check the tickets/order IDs against the input documents provided by the client

Communicate effectively to take appropriate action to resolve customer issues 

Checking the status of services on the account in client tools

Excellent multitasking and creative problem solving skills

Ability to act quickly and decisively when dealing with critical situations - ability to evaluate situations and initiate appropriate measures

Education and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any field

Fresher or 1 year experience in 

Have a good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to develop and analyze a ticket

Proven ability to self-monitor work to ensure flawless results

Ability to communicate effectively with clients
