Job Description - Full Stack Developer**

 About Crework Labs

At Crework Labs, we're building a product studio that helps companies create software that adds value to their users' lives and delivers business value.

To help us accelerate the growth of Crework and our clients, we are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer who is excited to use their skills to work on new technology products.

Responsibilities

1. Development and maintenance of full-stack web applications using technologies including React, NextJS, NodeJS, Express and MongoDB.

2. Implementation of responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces based on Figma designs.

3. Design and implementation of RESTful API and database schemas.

4. Optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

5. Cooperation with the team on the integration of front-end and back-end components.

6. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while implementing security best practices.

 Requirements

1. Good knowledge of **JavaScript and TypeScript**.

2. Experience with front-end technologies, including **React and NextJS**.

3. Solid understanding of backend development using **NodeJS and Express**.

4. Experience with database design and management.

5. Knowledge of version control using Git and collaborative development workflows.

6. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical team members.

7. Demonstrated excellence in problem solving and analytical skills through **real world projects.**

8. 1-2 years of experience working on products/projects would be ideal.
