Job description :

Data Analyst performs analysis of data flows and interactions and how it affects our data and application consistency. The analyst performs data validation and enters it into various CRM systems. They will demonstrate knowledge of data structures, data impacts and validation rules, their key involvement will be to support solutions and consistency of data and controls. The Data Analyst will collaborate with data specialists and data masters to ensure a complete understanding and working methods in relation to the data.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyzing data attributes across different systems and processes and aims to ensure data interactions, impacts are known and understood

Manages documentation ensuring that a data library is built that can contribute to data process improvement

Performs strategic analysis of solution and opportunity management.

Supports analysis of large volumes of data attributes across pre- and post-migration datasets

Deliver assigned tasks related to business processes and reference data on time and to the agreed quality.

Own problem analysis and problem solution analysis, management of short-term and long-term problem solutions

Responsible for handling data attributes across systems and processes and able to create functional data reporting solutions

Manages the creation of comparative reports across a range of internal systems using appropriate tools such as Sales Force, AAA and CRM for the Data Integrity team

Generating reports for management reporting, goal and progress reporting

Liaises with global business partners regarding data remediation activities

Education and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. We require solid knowledge of the English language

Understanding of information technology processes, data modeling principles, development, testing and implementation needs

Establishes effective links and partners for the development of joint solutions.  He solves complex customer (internal and external) situations professionally and resourcefully

Ability to work effectively in a group of people and communicate to complete a given task

Cultivates business relationships, partnerships and alliances internally, externally and virtually
