Job description :

The main role of the team is to assist new domestic sellers during the onboarding process. They set up company profiles, draft contracts by recording negotiated business terms, obtain signatures from relevant stakeholders and ensure Lowe's core systems have up-to-date information for specific projects. In addition, they provide support for vendor onboarding events. On a daily basis, the team handles tasks such as setting up new items and managing their lifecycle, including activities such as managing discontinued items, reviewing and correcting data, changing item types, and maintaining accurate item information on lowes.com. Some of what we do:

Position: Analyst

Type of employment: Full time

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Fresher – 2 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Performs all formalities related to CRM.

Serves as subject matter expert for all internal or external item integrity initiatives.

Help troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of website crashes.

Support product launches by working with operations teams.

Expansion of support level 1 events.

Conduct all business activities around the item such as branding. Strategic actions etc.

Performs all formal item lifecycle processes and identifies opportunities for process improvement.

Supports the implementation of efforts to implement new processes to improve Lowe's ability to maintain the library and the overall condition of the items.

Education and Skills:

Years of experience: – 0-2 years

Educational qualifications and certifications (optional)

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Business Administration or related field

Skill set required

Description of skills

Soft: Effective communication Problem solving Critical thinking Attention to detail Resilient and adaptable learning ability

Technical: Hands-on experience with MS Office Outlook Excel Word Power Point

Secondary Skills:

Retail merchandising / Supplier management / Supplier relationship management / Data management

Effective interpersonal communication skills; proven ability to communicate with technology and business partners

Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
