Job description :

The Financial Planning and Analysis team works closely with senior management as well as service line leaders across other key business functions to provide consistent and collaborative data support and analysis. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to support multiple leaders simultaneously.

Type of employment: Full time

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Fresher – 1 year

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.

• At least 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.

• Experience in the field of professional services is an advantage.

• Must have a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align operations with business goals.

• Experience with advanced Excel and Power BI reports.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX formulas (must have created dashboards)

• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks, projects and responsibilities simultaneously and produce accurate and timely results.

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong project management skills.

Education and Skills:

Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.

• Communicate well with all levels of the professional team.

• Ability to anticipate potential obstacles, take proactive steps to avoid them, and complete projects accurately and on time.

• Provide work product of the highest quality; demonstrate detail-oriented focus.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Ability to work additional hours as needed.

• Must have a "client service" mindset and understand our business from the point of view of both an expert and a business operator.
