Job description :

We are looking for a highly detail oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to monitor our business parameters and report any anomalies or bugs found in the ecosystem. This role requires identifying errors in the shortest possible time, notifying the appropriate stakeholders, analyzing errors, identifying their root causes, and providing information on problem fixes. The position requires effective management of internal and external stakeholders and accurate communication of insights and recommended solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor enterprise application dashboards and anomaly detection systems for issues and errors

Identify the root causes of errors and investigate their impact on business operations

Analyze and provide information on problem fixes to reduce business losses

Creating monthly/weekly reports to drive business decisions

Work with cross-functional teams to support problem resolution and provide updates on issues and fixes.

Coordinating with external partners and vendors to ensure a smooth flow of business

Responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to partner and management teams.

Creation and maintenance of documentation related to processes, problems and solutions.

Grasp of basic processes and data flows and should be able to analyze and work on errors

Liaise with partner insurance for day-to-day business operations and act as a bridge between partner SPOC and internal business, product and technology teams.

Involvement in process automation and MIS

Education and Skills:

Bachelors

1 to 2 years of experience
