Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand advanced technical aspects of existing systems and services.
Provides support for incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks.
Primarily working on operations and maintenance driven coding projects using Perl or shell scripts, web technologies, with potential for Java based projects.
Support for software deployment in staging and production environments.
Development of tools to support operations and maintenance.
System and support status report.
Provides product and business metrics to stakeholders.
Ownership of one or more systems or components.
Customer notification, workflow coordination, and follow-up to maintain service level agreements.
Education and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Related Technical Field
Total 0-1 Year Development/Technical Support Experience
Programming Language Experience
Knowledge of Java-based Technologies
Intermediate Level Database Query/ Ability to create knowledge of SQL
