DESCRIPTION

· The Vendor Support Associate demonstrates end-to-end ownership of every vendor interaction along with proactive problem resolution and provides exceptional vendor support.

· Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.

· Provides prompt and efficient service to sellers and merchants on Amazon, including appropriate escalation of seller issues.

· Maintains a positive and professional demeanor, always portrays the company in a positive light and handles sensitive matters effectively.

· Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while utilizing departmental resources, policies and procedures.

· Contributes to a positive team environment and actively assists team members with difficult contacts as needed.

· Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution and attendance.

· Proactively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends into appropriate channel including suggestions for improvement.

· Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations or Payments teams as needed to resolve seller issues and questions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 Education: Bachelor's degree in any field with 0-5 years of experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Shifts: Work involves working in a 24/7 environment including night shifts and shifts are decided based on business requirements.

 Weekly off: Rotating two consecutive days off (this is a 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off.

 No unplanned departures are allowed during the first four months (Training & Transition).

Ability to use a desktop computer/laptop and familiar with Internet browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.

Should be willing to serve sales partners from all markets worldwide (including India, US, EU and ME)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Education: Any Graduation (other than BE, BTech and MBA Freshers)

- English language

Experience in a customer service environment is an advantage. Desire to expand skills into new areas.

Technical knowledge (computers and internet) required. Business skills in e-commerce and retail.

Dedicated sales representative, process and tool improvements.

Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.

Strong prioritization and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.

Embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.

Demonstrate an adequate sense of urgency for contact response time in the face of a changing workflow.

Demonstrates effective communication, poise and professional approach

Exemplary performance, especially with regard to quality and productivity

Required skills include MS Office Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox.
